Step 1… Design

The initial phase of any project is the design. We invite you to visualize your dream bathroom or kitchen through our photorealistic images, generated with computer-aided technology. With this design in place, we can proceed to piece together the subsequent stages.

Step 2… Product Consultancy/Supply

We understand that certain bathroom products are available at slightly lower prices online, making it difficult for us to compete on price alone. However, our strength lies in providing extensive knowledge and tailored service specific to your unique bathroom requirements. We remain available to address any inquiries and offer guidance throughout your project, with the flexibility to modify the design as needed.

A trendy tap or shower might immediately catch your eye; however, are you fully informed about its functionality and compatibility with your current water pressure? Although this process may seem detailed, we guide you through these considerations to ensure you select the most suitable products. This level of support is a service that online retailers typically do not and cannot offer.

Consider us your personal shopper, assisting you at our partner showrooms. We emphasize what will and will not be effective, ensuring you make informed decisions from the outset.

Step 3.. Installation & Project Management

Once the design and products have been finalised we can then advise on the final stage - installation. This is normally the most daunting part of any project as finding a trusted fitter/installer can prove problematic. We only recommend a handful of local and vetted fitters to eradicate this headache and worry for you!
